Privacy

The short version: this site does not want your data. There are no accounts, no tracking, and nothing to sign up for.

No accounts

The Working Library never asks you to sign up, sign in, or hand over personal information. Browsing, learning, and downloading are all open — there is no account with your name on it because accounts do not exist here.

No tracking

This site does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or fingerprinting, and it does not collect personal data about its visitors. There is no mailing list and no marketing pixel. The only outside request a page makes is to Google Fonts, which serves the typefaces.

Your progress stays with you

When you study a course, your progress — lessons you have completed, quiz answers, and the library’s own short list of courses you recently opened — is stored in your own browser’s local storage, on your device. It never leaves your device and is never sent to this site or anyone else. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it completely.

Downloads

A downloaded course is a static HTML file. Opening it on your own machine does not contact this site, report anything back, or require a connection — it behaves like any document you own.
